Very busy, the staff were very friendly and did their best for us, we had quite a wait for food, so we received complimentary desserts, still had a wonderful time and enjoyed our food.

Yes! Well done Nandos! Visited on a busy Friday lunchtime. Seated straight away. Ordered our food at the counter and it wasn’t long before we were served. Delicious warm grain salad with extra chicken! Goodness it was fab. My friend enjoyed her burger too. Service was excellent and I will be back for sure. Toilets are downstairs but clean. My only gripe is the music is just a bit too loud. Found myself shouting to be heard by my friend across the table. Turn it down a bit Nandos ;-)

My colleagues and I popped in to have lunch and we were served by Natalie who was very friendly, warm and helpful. We placed our order with her and she gave us recommendations about the menu. Another lady brought our food to us and unfortunately the chicken was cold. I told Natalie about it and she ensured that the chicken I received was hot and as I specifically ordered. She also checked in with us to ensure that we were happy with our meal. She was very attentive and professional. Lunch thoroughly enjoyed 😊

I would just like to shout out Cami !
She was the most hospitable, efficient, polite not to mention- HARDWORKING waitress I have ever met or experienced. I just had to get her name to write this review. She was super quick whilst serving yet very attentive to detail with requests. We had a lil problem with our order and she ONLY came back with solutions. Honestly, it was so refreshing to witness. Nando’s ought to either give her a raise or really praise with a gift because she is working so hard to please every customer that walks through that door.
She listens and moves quick and goes above and beyond to meet your needs! As a customer I was beyond satisfied and would recommend this branch simply because of this girl and her manager Jayden who was also very helpful and polite.
Jayden also was quick to find a solution and ensured we were happy. Couldn’t ask for better customer service .
Andrea was also another member of staff we came into contact with who seemed to be cheerful and welcoming.

I have been to Nando’s consistently for the past 15 years and I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. The restaurant was at the most busiest time of the day and gave us a complimentary starter which I felt was caring.
One particular member of staff that dedicated her time and was polite and helpful was Cami. Cami is the most wonderful young lady I’ve ever met. As you can imagine in this day and age I have been to a fair amount of restaurants from michelin star restaurants to McDonalds and Cami single handedly surpassed all my experiences with her conduct. Such and inspirational young girl and I know she will be a great person in the coming future
I want to also mention the branch manager Jayden who took the time to accommodate not only us as guests but also the other customers in the store, you could see they were all under pressure but he led his team with professionalism and care. Which is what a great manager should do.
Finally would like to also mention Andrea who was also so polite and helpful, she didn’t rush us whilst eating and she went out of her way to help with other things we needed so she is also an amazing employee.
The east Croydon branch will always be the best branch of Nando’s I’ve been to so far!

Been here twice with the family but will be coming back more. Normally Nando’s are average/good overall but with the personnel Idris, who was very welcoming, helpful, and the service was amazing. I don’t do much reviews but this one definitely deserved it for the service from Idris.

Got seated as soon as we walked in despite their being a queue. Sauce selection was stacked including fresh bottles of ketchup too. Food wasn’t the quickest but was hot and cooked thoroughly with no complaints despite it being super busy inside.

It can be a bit expensive for the portion sizes, there is a limited choice of non-alcoholic drinks, and the background music was a bit too loud. However, the food tastes nice, they have vegetarian options, and the service was fast.
