I had an amazing experience at Greggs thanks to Fleming’s outstanding customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Their warm attitude and efficiency truly made my visit enjoyable. A great example of excellent service!

I don’t know if he’ll ever see this but I lost my purse today not knowing I left it at Greggs as I was at the hospital all day. The incredible manager dropped it off and absolutely made my day! The sausage roll was delicious as always too! Thank you so much I am so grateful! :)
