We were fortunate enough to find this gem of a cafe with 2 days of our Tyneside trip left so ate breakfast on both days, it was without doubt the best breakfasts we had eaten, the atmosphere was cozy and the place had a lovely vibe about it, the coffee was hot and delicious. A big shout out to the young chap who served us who`s name we unfortunately never got but thank you for making us feel so welcome

Went this morning with family who were visiting. Nothing was too much trouble adding items as requested and serving up piping hot and cooked beautifully. Couldn’t fault anything but I must say my banana bread was simply the best. We will be back. Thank you.

Nice cafe, just off the sea front. Lovely staff, good coffee and hot chocolate. Very good Almond, orange and black cherry cake. All at a reasonable price. Point knocked off because they forgot we ordered cake. Worth a visit.

Boatyard was lovely find just a stone's throw from my favourite beach and coffee house! The all day breakfast wasn't cheap, but gives a real unique homemade offering to Cullercoats. The fresh juices are also a must (especially if you're nursing a hangover), and sitting outside to watch the dozens of pooches walk past was an extra treat. This place can get VERY busy on peak days, so be prepared to wait if the weather is nice.

Fab brunch. Short staffed on the day we visited but still had great service and delicious brunch. Our dog enjoyed her breakfast from the doggy menu too!

Loved this little cafe. It was super busy so we sat outside in the sunshine. We had coffee and brownies (best coffee brownie ever!) which were all perfect. There was a lovely lunch menu which I will definitely check out next time with plenty of veggie and vegan options.

Delicious food - avocado on sourdough for breakfast. Staff are super friendly and love dogs and even have a dog menu . Waffles had sausage and scrambled egg - waited patiently for his order too !

Absolutely beautiful food, all freshly cooked and most of it locally sourced. I had the stottie with sausage and bacon. It was so tasty and filling. Service is brilliant, all the staff were fantastic but the new manager, Scott, is so attentive and genuinely warm and friendly. The atmosphere this creates is just perfect. The music although not intrusive is excellent and fits well with the vibe of the place. Well done, sure it will get even better in the future!
