But in saying that, everytime I have then got my food, it has been hot, so can't really complain.

Popped in on Sunday just a coffee and a cheeseburger nice welcome service excellent and with a smile food very warm and coffee hot hot hot so I will definitely stop by when I'm in the area

Early morning visit. Soft drinks weren't working. Asked for ketchup on my breakfast and never got it. Boys looked like they couldn't be bothered. Food was good as always though (despite lacking ketchup)

The Chicken Big Mac Meal was lovely even though I had to re-heat it, It was still beautiful.
I love the fact that the food you see on the app is presented to you the same way when delivered to you.
The Cappuccino was hot and also nice.

As far as McDonald's go, the food was great. It was 12am on a Monday morning (23rd Jan) and all I can say is well done to the staff who where clearly understaffed and under alot of pressure. Took over 20 minutes for our food, however there was maybe 3 people on duty, and seemingly endless stream of cars at the drive-thru. The young lady at the counter was really polite when dealing with a complaint and deserves some recognition.
