Sat in for a meal here. Mixed stater of chicken and veg parkora was small for the price.. only two of each and the chicken was falling to bits. Ordered two chicken tikka chasni, once rice, nan and poppadoms. Presented well and hot. Tasted good but I have had better. Server's were lovely and welcoming. Agree with decor needing updated and couch is a bit ripped. Also couldn't lock the ladies toilet. I just think for the price it is so much cheaper to collect. Overall good experience though.

We took my parents for a meal in the restaurant as part of a Father's Day weekend, and had a wonderful time. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the sunshine and summery breeze through the windows was lovely! The food is delicious, and there's a wide selection of authentic and traditional Scottish-Indian dishes- without being overwhelmed with choice. I completely agree with other reviewers; dishes are full of flavour without being too heavy or oily. We have had many fantastic takeaways before but I highly recommend visiting the restaurant- staff were lovely and happy to parcel up our leftovers. (Breakfast curry is the best curry, we all know this)

We had a really great meal in the restaurant, which was nicely decorated and lovely to sit in. The food was excellent, with a good mix of authentic dishes and traditional Scottish Indian cuisine. Staff were extremely helpful and more than happy to parcel up our leftovers for us! We have used Aangan as a takeaway before and always thoroughly enjoyed it, but definitely recommend visiting the restaurant.

Really great quality food with an excellent vegetarian and vegan selection. Its never too oily or heavy and there are actual whole spices and fresh herbs that really elevate the dishes. The owner is lovely and the staff are always friendly too. Their webpage makes it easy to order delivery or takeaway and it's always been on time. We dined in the restaurant for the first time and it was clean, cozy, and the food was really nicely presented.

Always a delicious meal from this restaurant. However, I ordered a meal for one last night at the usual £12.95 advertised price. When calling I was told it would be £16.95 and was asked if this was ok. I said yes as I understand the price hikes. I received a portion of veg pakora (very nice) at £4.50, a chicken curry (lovely) £8.95, and pilau rice £3.50! None of the usual poppadum and onion chutney was included. At almost £17 I can't afford this as regularly as I'd like to. Still a lovely takeaway.

Food was excellent as were staff..we had chettinad chicken curry as a meal for one. It was lovely not too spicy. Generous portions was enough for myself & my husband.we will certainly be back. Highly recommend this restaurant

Absolutely delicious, the best Indian food in Cupar, possibly Fife but I haven’t tried them all! I usually have either the chicken madras or vindaloo meal deal with veg pakora and pilau rice; both fab (properly spicy if you’re disappointed in other establishments). Service is always great too from both the people on the telephone and delivery drivers.

Fantastic food. Love the variety of vegetable options, and that you can get smaller portions. Not first time and certainly will not be the last. Staff are also fantastic.

Ate in the restaurant on a Thursday evening, and the setting was great. The food was superb with really great flavours. We ate vegetarian options only. Highly recommend for eat in or take away!

Popped up here from London to visit family and gave this place a go. Absolutely fantastic and punching way above it's weight. Delicious, fresh food, cooked extremely well. Some amazing spicy flavours coming through. I got a takeaway but the restaurant looks good to sit in too. 5 stars.

This meal was excellent. A good price and great flavour. The Balti curry was great and the pakora sampler was very good. But by far the best thing was the garlic and coriander naan. I highly recommend and you should definitely try it when you're there!

My partner and I got a takeaway from here this week whilst staying in Newburgh. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the butter chicken and my partner got the paneer curry. The staff in the restaurant were really welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!

My friends and I enjoyed the food here a lot. Food is delicious and good portion size. Goan fish curry is my all-time favourite, and the Peshwari naan is just awesome and super good value for money (you get a huge, fresh and delicious naan full of coconut for less than 4 quids). Their other curries are also really good (approved by my friends who know quite a bit about Indian curries). They think this is the best Indian restaurant they've tried (and same for me) ;)

We have ordered delivery or takeaway about once a week over the last 2 years and enjoyed every meal. I am particularly fond of the spicier dishes including the Goanese fish curry, which has really good dried chili flavour (not only heat--but also plenty of heat). The rice is also excellent (including the biryanis), as are the breads. There's a huge variety of different sauces and preparations which are all very distinctive but still well balanced. The restaurant and delivery drivers are also very nice. We used to live elsewhere in Fife with other good Indian restaurants, but this is by far our favourite restaurant in Fife (and visiting family were also very impressed).

I visited this restaurant with my family. We were very nicely welcomed at the door and be seated. The menu had many options but we went for Karahi which was cooked just perfect. The ingredients were so amazing that it made the food so delicious. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely be coming back again to this authentic Indian restaurant.
