Below was my last review, and let's just say it wasn't good, especially as it was newly opened. However, we popped in for a meal last week, and I have to say it has vastly improved. We opted to sit in, we ordered our food via the computer screens and within a short time we collected it. The food quality was good, the burgers (whoppers) tasted great, the bun was fresh, and the salads were crispy. The fries again were nicely cooked and, most importantly, all was hot. The servers were polite, prompt, and well presented. Cleaning up any mess left by customers straight away. Well done, the managers and team for turning this place around. The toilets were clean and tidy. Old review-We purchased our food from the drive-through. All the food that we ordered was correct. However, the chips were cold, a bit limp, and tasteless. My burger was a bit on the bland side, the tomato was under ripe, the gherkin didn't have that tangy pickle taste you would have expected, and the onion was too long and stringy The Chicken Royale burger tasted ok, but unfortunately, again, bland, the lattes could have been warmer. The servers were polite. There are parking spaces around the building, but these are a bit tight, especially with larger vehicles. We were disappointed with the quality of food, especially as this is a new franchise. I'll stick to McDonalds or KFC for fast food unless the quality improves.
Our first visit to this particular Burger King in Cupar. It is situated in a new retail park next to Tesco, B&M and a few other outlets. Plenty of parking including disabled. Access into the restaurant was easy with a low step and an electronically controlled door. It is a self service ordering site which I do not like. I much prefer ordering to a person and the drinks machine is also self service and I had to be shown how to operate it. I would have given 5 stars if I had been served. I will do a drive through next time. The place is lovely, clean and tidy and quiet at our time of visiting. The food was excellent. Piping hot and very tasty. The chips were the best I've had in any outlet of this type. The wash rooms were also very clean and pleasant.
What a lovely day we had today. Never been to Burger King before but thought while passing.. we were greeted by Nikki, manager. What a gem. She was Manorbier and welcoming. I had no idea what to choose but she talked me through the menu. Couldn't do enough to make our lunch a treat. Even came from behind the counter to ask if there was anything else she could do. You've got me Burger King. We will definitely be back. Thanks Nikki.
The food was hot and tasty, the servers were very polite and professional and the place was clean ( dont know what the other reviewers were on about) would definitely recommend and go again special shout out to the manager nikki who was very helpful and brought my food out to me because i can’t walk
I enjoyed my experience thoroughly and plan to come back to eat another delectable whopper with chips
Good takeaway restaurant with dine in too. Has a drive-through so no need to go into a restaurant if you want to stay in car. Good selection of food and is made quick to order unless really busy. Plenty if parking outside and even an electric charging point for a few cars.
Very clean and easy to access. A smaller compact bk but has drive through. Food was a bit slow but I think this was because it was just opened
It's burger King what's not to like, the service is always friendly and fairly quick but does slow up when busy but that's normal anywhere you go. It's. A fast food chain so the atmosphere is hurried but again. That the general public for you
Really surprised.
Decent size parking spaces.
Meal was a bit more expensive than McD's but the burger was bigger and tasted lovely. Fries are a wee bit thicker too and much tastier.
As always the best tasting burger , can't beat that flame grilled flavour , guaranteed to satisfy your hunger
