We went in with no reservations. This was no problem for a party of two. Staff was very friendly and we ordered a Fish and Chips and a chicken Caesar salad. It was good

Dining on a Tuesday evening in mid-August, and the White Hart wasn't packed out, which was nice for my group.
Service was good, and the food was good, and the price was right.
Being a Shepherd Neame pub might not suit everyone, but I enjoy the Bear Island IPA.

Slow service had to wait 20 minutes to order drinks, and food looked good but not as good as last time. Roast potatoes had a very hard exterior, so once in, I only ate the middle. I would say the veg was just blanched, so Al dente. Yorkshire Pudding looked good but was rubbery. The best was the roast beef and roast Lamb. The water for the table came in a nice bottle but inside the neck was dirty as if not cleaned. Biggest bug bear was non blue badge parked in the disabled parking space

A warm welcome, a comfortable and spacious table with no waiting. The menu had a good selection, and there is a specials board with more choice, all at reasonable prices. The food was served piping hot and very tasty by the friendly and professional staff. A great experience overall.

Brilliant local for food and a quick beer. Outside seating area for the few summer months we have here in the UK. Decent Sunday roast to scratch that itch. Plus no washing up after! Def worth a visit if you're local.

Really nice food, good selection of drinks, nice pub, friendly staff, well-located, service a bit slow but my mate's food came quickly so I think mine was just an anomaly. Highly recommend

A nice little pub with nice indoor and outdoor seating and an outside garden area. The kids play area was nice but could be improved, very small and they have the space for it too.
Great atmosphere and lovely staff. However the food was hit and miss. The chips looked very greasy and not at all appetising, a shame as they seem like a staple with most dishes. The mushroom carbonara and calamari were great.
The staff member serving us was lovely.
