The 'chicken off the bone' really didn't live up to its name. My daughter had that but didn't eat it. She asked for it without sauce and it was simply the small tasteless chicken chunks you buy frozen or chilled in supermarkets, definitely not from the bone in the shop! Technically all chicken is from the bone I guess. However, the fish was lovely and chips nice

We pre-ordered 35 kids meals for a party and the staff we so accommodating. Even putting the meals into the boxes we had purchased to match the theme saving us the time and stress of doing so. So organised and the food was still hot after collection and traveling to the party venue. Definitely recommend for taking the stress out of catering for a kids party. 😊🎉😊

I cannot give a reduced rating. I placed a very large order for a number of people and had to add to it twice more. The lady who served me was very patient. The food quality is brilliant and service is quick. No need to look anywhere else. I highly recommend Pontnewydd Fish Bar
