"Extremely disappointed with the service at this Pepe's branch. One of the staff members (bald, clean-shaven) was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. He showed no respect towards customers and made the experience very uncomfortable. Management needs to look into this, as such behavior ruins the brand's reputation."
Food was okay but their behaviour was so bad specially the short guy. owner should look into it and take seriously about this matter. they should be friendly we're paying for this. We ordered family pack combo and he gave everything in one tray and there was all sauces was splited everywhere
Took order and had to wait for a while as there was no drivers its annoying why take the order if there’s no drivers. The food is expensive for what you get, the food does not look anything like the pictures and is mashed together. The …

Good quality chicken, I had the piri piri tender strips, really tasty hot sauce with a good chargrill flavour, food was hot and freshly cooked
