I recently ordered from here and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The pre-booked delivery for a party was prompt and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. The quality of the pies was outstanding, everyone attended enjoyed the pies and they could tell that they were made with care and attention to detail, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. I was also pleased to see that the small unit had a handful of tables and chairs, making it a great spot for a quick bite to eat. The shop itself had a charming and cozy atmosphere, and I couldn't help but feel like it was a family-run business. The staff were attentive and welcoming! The Pie Shop has recently implemented a new card processing system that allows for phone payments. Although they are still adapting to the new system, it has the potential to be incredibly beneficial, especially for party bookings and deliveries. Previously, I had to physically visit the shop to make a payment for a booking, so the option for over-the-phone card payment will be a convenient improvement. Overall, I would highly recommend Heath Pie Shop to anyone looking for delicious pies and friendly service in the Dagenham area. Whether you're planning a party or just looking for a quick meal, this shop is definitely worth a visit.

Come here after 20years in Northamptonshire. The shop looks the same accept the top. Food 100% the taste of my childhood. Very happy with my visit and even to hear the accent of the lady that served me. Sadly not card machine but was directed to one over the road. The lady served me while my partner when for cash. This place is 10/10. Thank you to all the staff.

Exactly what you expect. Fresh and good quality pies, lots of liquor. Only point of contention was the time it took, clearly very popular and not enough people behind the counter. Were trying to juggle a full shop and deliveries in the evening and it led to them being a little less than friendly but I won't judge too harshly as the food itself was up to standard.

Love this place the food is always hot, and delicious, the service is fast whether direct from the counter or served at your table. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. High chairs available for little one's and wheelchairs are always welcome. If in the area n you like pie n mash this is a must try.
