While this place was not the cleanest to eat at (I would recommend taking to go), the food was quite enjoyable 👍

I go there almost every morning after I drop my kids off to school. Their caramel latte is very nice. Excellent service, very quick when they are serving you. I do find their pastries always a bit cold, wish they kept in a warmer or something. Price obviously has gone up for their food.

The shop is big, across the road from the station and next to Dagenham heathway shopping centre. The staff member that served me was friendly and nice, she provided great customer service, and got my order right. I was served in time and they have great selection of items to pick. There is also seating inside to eat the food you buy or you can take away.

Greggs is located Heathway Shopping Complex in Dagenham. It offers wide range of bakery and coffee as well. Their service is good.

The lady who served us was friendly and polite. The hot chocolate she made me was one of the best I've ever got from Greggs. Normally this store has good stocks of everything and when you do have to queue it doesn't take long. Would recommend :-)
