Stumbled on this place whilst exploring Dalbeattie Forest Town Wood. Sat outside with the dog in the sun. Staff were very friendly & attentive, brought the dog a treat. Coffees were served fresh in a mug, the cocunut & cherry scone was one of the best we've had. Very reasonably priced too.

Amazing little find. Food and coffee's were fantastic. Would highly recommend. Pooch was very welcomed by staff too. She was very intrigued by the funky chickens on site too 🐓 thankyou again.

Brilliant breakfast, really friendly staff and house owner. There states there is a waist for fresh cooked food and it’s totally worth the wait. Lovely atmosphere with the hens and ducks roaming around. Stunning little spot x

A quirky cafe with great food. Sat outside in the sun. Service was very friendly and efficient. Dogs are welcome here too and they are well looked after by the staff. Lovely setting with chickens and ducks roaming around the gardens.

5 of us touring S W Scotland on our motorcycles stopped here for late breakfast. Fantastic food. Great service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Best tasting breakfast I can remember ever having. Good quality produce at a great price. Will be calling in again on our way back home from our holiday. And, very importantly for us, dog friendly.

Beautiful place! Friendly staff, lovely location by a pond and garden with chickens. Gorgeous conservatory and really well cooked, high quality food. Super cosy. Would definitely return!

Good food (especially the lemon meringue pie 😋) and friendly, helpful staff.
Really enjoyable watching the chickens and ducks antics whilst we were eating and the variety of birds on the bird feeders.

The staff are really really friendly. Dogs are very welcome. My wife and I had the big breakfast. Quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. It definately set me up for the day. The gardens are beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The chickens liked it too.
