My wife surprised me with a couple of tasty treats this afternoon after she returned back from her visit to her hairdresser. She stopped past The Shack and got us each a steak prego roll and a voetkoek and mince. They were delicious! And it took me right back to my days working in the middle of Johannesburg when I would pop out for lunch at a local snack shop. The food is delicious! I was supposed to save the prego roll for later but I ended up eating both in one sitting. That's how good they were! I can see this becoming a definite "thing" for us every Saturday. My new favourite place in the Bay.
