got a too good to go bag here last night and the staff were so lovely and kind!!! good amount of stuff in the bags too :)
The staff here are angels, the amount of abuse they put up with from the public and the homeless around constantly trying to rob. The staff go above and beyond to protect the store and public.
Greggs should provide security on the door or give them all medals
I’m so pleased with the customer service. They didn’t have one of the items that I ordered and I received a telephone call from a member of staff who was so sweet and kind and had excellent customer service. She offered to give me complimentary items as a goodwill gesture and even chose different alternatives which were all wrapped neatly in the bag. Today’s my birthday and that little touch put a smile on my face. Thank you. :)

Gregg isn’t for the faint hearted. However, if you like bold flavours and enjoy exploring new culinary experiences, you can’t go wrong here.

The heart of hackney a place that everyone loves especially children. You can get snacks, doughy treats, sandwiches, bread or hot or cold beverages to wash down that tasty treat that ypu craved all week that you broke your diet for because you deserved it. I recommend you come treat yourself or someone else to a bite or two.

This branch of Greggs is particularly placed right next to Dalston Kingsland train station and is a treat if the journey from there is heading west towards Westfields Shepherds Bush Shopping centre as then after buying your coffee and bite to eat, sit down on the train and read a free newspaper. This will not be easy during peak travel times before 09:30 am, so any time after this is ideal. If travelling East towards Westfield Stratford Shopping centre, the journey is under 10 minutes from here.
Decent greggs just like the others to be honest. Ordered a platter but it was not made for the date I wanted it but it was quickly resolved.
