The only downsides were that the mattress leaves a lot to be desired and the door lock was broken and very fiddly. Overall, decent value for money and I would stay again if I was

A really nice pub but the wine is horrendously over priced. £9.50 for a Chardonnay which is rank! Stick to the beers.
