Bojangles is a fast food chicken restaurant that knows how to do fried chicken right. The food comes in boxes and containers, but everything we tried was well seasoned and cooked right. The Cajun pintos were awesome, the cole slaw was a mix of sweet and vinegary. Unless you specify the tea is sweet, probably a quart of sugar per gallon.
I haven't enjoyed fast food this much in in many moons.

Incredibly friendly staff. The food was fresh. It was well prepared. The dining room was clean. The bathrooms we're clean. This should be a 5 star review but I didn't see a single staff member wearing their masks properly.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes after ordering then I’m told at the window it’s going to be an additional 20 minutes to wait for chicken to fry. Time before that they forgot to give me my biscuits. I believe the food is overpriced for a 8 piece meal is $33.00 but is priced lower on the menu

Been getting the tailgate but im done now. Been getting the box and substitute the thigs for breast no problem in the past. But now theres a problem. Can't understand it. Hell i can do better at the conner store.

Pulled into the drive-thru at 9:00 p.m. on November 10th 2020. An automated message come on telling me the store was closed but as I drove off I heard a lady asked me if she could take my order. I backed up and tried to place my order however she kept talking over me and I could not even finish placing my order. I finally tried to just confirm my order she told me to hush all she needed to know was my drink size.

Staff worked together and communicated well, everyone was very friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh, and the new restaurant still looked brand new. This is how to Bojangles.

They were nice people but the cook needs 2 learn the difference between scrambled eggs and folded eggs----two days in a row she got it wrong and what I got was super greasy
