Went here yesterday service fantastic food was gorgeous felt every comfortable I was there with someone In a power wheelchair and they made her so welcome and took time to listen when she ordered highly recommended

The food is great and so is the atmosphere but it does take a while for the food to come. Overall I recommend coming to Bella Italia if you would like to go to a nice restaurant in Darlington!

Friendly service. Ordered using the app but still had interaction with the team. Food all piping hot and delicious. All clean premises and toilets.

Had a table booked for 7pm, turned up a little early but it was very, very quiet so had no problem getting seated. Service was fast and friendly and our food was absolutely delicious.
The emptiness knocked a bit off the atmosphere - it was too quiet! Will be back with the kids in tow one day, that should sort it 😅

Our first time here and won't be our last. The service was exceptional from all the staff. The food was delicious and the cost affordable. There's parking behind the restaurant with a small charge. There's no parking on the street in front and wouldn't recommend chancing it as we saw someone getting a ticket.

Would have given 5 stars but the service was shocking,food was lovely though waited 2 hours for 3 courses and got over charged plus nobody was cleaning tables ,not very practical as people were turned away due to no tables
