I came with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time! We ordered some cocktails which were sweet and strong and our food was lovely, the real stand out of our experience however was our waitress. Amber was incredible!!! Honestly the best waitress I’ve ever had. She was so friendly and funny and we ordered absolutely everything she recommended and they were all great choices. She honestly made our meal even better and I can’t sing enough praises of how great she was!

Always good, foods nice and the service is great also! Great for families, they also have a lot of space for families with lots of kids and offer highchairs and colouring for the children. Staff and really friendly and welcoming ☺️

Amber was our server tonight & she was so lovely, we felt looked after but not interrupted, perfect balance. She was very clued up on the menu, both food & drinks which was helpful. All in all, great time. Thank you Amber ⭐️

We had a party booked for 20 people for a birthday. Angie the manager was fantastic. Helped us out with everything we needed. Food was excellent and delivered on time to table all together. Bar staff and waitress and of course the chefs were friendly. Thanks for all your help and making an old girl very happy for her birthday. We will definitely be back. Outstanding

Really pleased with their breakfast. My kids enjoyed the variety, it was very tasty! Anna's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Wonderful experience with breakfast. Nicely greeted on arrival and allocated a table. Went for a full English breakfast option for just 9.99.
Staff was working extremely hard especially the restaurant manager Ania. Very attentive what's going on in the restaurant. Very well done Ania and the team!

Absolutely Exceptional Experience!
We travelled from Liverpool to stay in the hotel and as we were early for check in decided to pop for a drink in the beefeater. We receive such a warm welcome and stayed for lunch, ended up booking for dinner and then had breakfast there in the morning!
The staff were amazing, caring and friendly! Especially a wonderful lady called Liz! They all went above and beyond and catered for our needs.
The service was incredible and will be back for sure! Thank you so much!
