The Flying Boat - J D Wetherspoon - Dartford - Photo album

This is a great place for a pub meal and to relax over conversation. Lots of space, friendly staff, and clean facilities. It had been a few years since I had a proper fish and chips, so I am likely biased. But after the last few years in the Mediterranean and Black Sea, that North Atlantic cod was
They cater for a mixed culture Clientele and the atmosphere is just cool. Everyone minding their own business. Food quality is excellent
This whetherspoons owned pub is lovely but lacks availability for tables often. However if you wait around almost always you will manage to find seating. They have a disabled toilet downstairs which is great for those who cannot manage the stairs. The staff are very quick and friendly.
I went in on Saturday night as a complete stranger and i got served immediately. Sat down drank me beer and felt very comfortable. Decide to have another one and the barmaid acknowledged me and asked what i wanted. She served me while serving someone else which i thought showed proper bar skills and
Usual Wetherspoons menu. Great service from pleasant, friendly staff. It's a big place and like some other large Wetherspoons, it's a bit like a big school cafeteria. That's my only reservation about it - I just prefer a few more booths and smaller seating areas. Otherwise - good, reasonably priced
Nice place. Not overcrowded. Fast food service.
This is a spacious Weatherspoons...a lot bigger inside that it looks.Decor is a bit old fashioned to my taste. However I guess it's in line with other Weatherspoons. There's a marvelous big garden with loads of chairs & tables.Customer services was good, the food was as expected...more filling than it
It's one of the better Wetherspoon pubs. Quite a large establishment. Nicely decorated. Clientele is very diverse. A melting pot of so many different groups of people. Can take a while to get served when it gets busy. Staff were all very polite and friendly.
I had a great night out here. It didn't have loud music blaring so I was able to have a conversation with friends that was really nice. Only downfall was the 3rd floor toilets and the long wait at the bar for drinks I was stood there about 15-20 min before I was even acknowledged.
Very nice in here, staff friendly food was good Would recommend
Very nice place but came here just after 8 on a Sunday morning for a coffee and there’s more than several men and women drinking pints already. Why are there even licenses that allow this.
The flying Boat is great place to eat and drink. All day dining is the biggest positive with a variety to offer on the menu. The food tastes great too... Do try their lemon and herb grilled chicken (my personal favourite). Service is quick.
Beautiful pub, food good as always, could have wiped down the tables as ours was sticky… staff however friendly
Always a busy place but manage to get a seat, love the 3 for £15 dishes, and as it was cocktail day would have been rude not to partake.... introduced my sister to a Zombie and Bumba Coloda. When we have our monthly meet up we always go to this spot
Lovely place, nice ambience staff were nice though in a busy night of Friday, food came up quick as well as drinks. Price wise it is good.
