There is a lady with glasses that works in the seating area & she is so positive & kind & helpful. I've never seen her anything other than smiley & I'm sure she has her own troubles. So I would like to say that she is a credit to your store & the atmosphere changes when she's there & becomes bright & cheery. I don't know her or anything, I just wanted her to get some praise. She was handing out Elf flags to the children today (Monday 19th Dec).

Kids loved the pads to play games on while they ate. And my Granddaughter dropped her entire happy meal ,but the lovely young man who served me got her another one. I didn't get his name unfortunately,but he was so kind and helped a stressed Granma feel better. 😊
