Order wrong again, was using drive thru so had to go inside to get the missing items. No apology as usual.

I don't know if this place is under new management but this is like a totally new McDonald's. Really fast service and food is finally hot 🙌🏼

Our burgers were thrown together and had to rebuild them even the special order and the fries had no salt on them

One of the only McDonald's I've been to where the food is consistently good! The guys that work there are always really good and my orders are always correct
Often the machines for milkshakes aren't working...but it's McDonald's, all the restaurants seem to have this issue, it's not unique.
On the weekend if you want breakfast go early...the car park turns into a circus about 930am and the drive thru line goes crazy and they make you park as orders aren't ready, you can't get a space in the car park for love nor money.
Inside it's always full of delivery drivers. Kind of ruins the inside but I use the drive thru now and this is one of the reasons. The number of online orders has really affected the place though, often a wait for food. I don't see this as the staffs fault though

Not very bad. The atmosphere was very good. The shop was very clean and well kept. But the staff was not very helpful.

Not a bad one, but they seem to give priority to delivery and drive through ( which wasn't that busy the time i was there). I was standing there waiting a good 40mins for my food while the drivers got their goods after only waiting a very short time, no longer than 5mins then multiple drivers were sorted at once. During my wait around 15ish maybe more drivers came and went. Note I wasn't the only customer waiting on an order. There were around four others, all of us waiting the same amount of time.

First and for most I want to say I did a drive through. The parking is for 90minutes which I personally think it is too short.

I have not been inside a McDonald's due to the self service screens. The stress of getting the food to sit down is more stress than it is worth. Waiting for my food to come is a pain. Then the food is just warm. I do not get my drink first so I can have some to do while I wait.
Get a drive through. It is less stressful, staff are friendly and the service is quick.

Staff were really friendly and food was hot! So helpful! Ended up with sauce on a burger I asked for plain and the two ladies who greeted me at the door were so lovely and helpful, and the problem was rectified straight away! They were so chatty and really approachable .

Food was ok but they forgot to give us the cutlery & juice. However it was a long long wait. I think they have a drive through & loads to do, everyone was working very hard but the waiting time was 10-15 min which is long. Toilets could be cleaner. Nice staff very polite, just needs to be more of them.
