I used to love Fridays. The Jack Daniel's burger with my go-to order. Without its name brand it's just the whiskey bourbon Burger still the same great taste. I asked for it medium and got it well done. I didn't bother complaining the wait staff was friendly but it did take forever to get the meal seems like there's a disconnect in the kitchen. This is the second time I've been here recently and the food has been underwhelming. May your experience be better than mine...

Horrible service! Both we ordered both steaks medium and they made it well done. When we tell the manager, Edwin, he was very rude and claimed that a medium steak it’s not supposed to have any pink. He was extremely rude, and gave me a horrible experience. He also refuses on remaking my order and took my plate back to the kitchen. What a waste of time and food!

Over a hundred dollars online order And my desserts was giving to me this when I was missing a few things when I called I was told they will remake me another dessert and give me what I was missing but I live 20 minutes away I’m not going back and I’ll never make another online order here again if I can rate them a 0 I gladly would I work hard for my money I expect when I place a online order for it to be correct

Horrible service with the manager Manny Arruda. he is very rude to customers and especially his own workers. could hear him yelling at our waiter, can’t control his anger etc. Cleaning with harsh products around customers , couldn’t even eat. terrible experience with him. Our waitress was perfect. him on the other end. AWFUL.

Walked in the door at 1:59 on a Sunday afternoon with wife "who's on oxygen" and son. Stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign. We were trying to find a place that could seat twelve of us without a reservation as our reservation at another restaurant was not saved in their computer. At TGIF a waiter, a bar tender and two waitress looked at us but no one approached us, or even acknowledged us. At 2:08 we walked out of the restaurant. Place was no where near busy, with over half the restaurant empty there's no reason to not be acknowledge at the entryway. Regardless, We left and went to Olive Garden. TGIF lost out on our celebration day, we dropped several hundred dollars and every year we will drive past TGIF and start with Olive Garden who greeted us right away then sat the twelve of us within five minutes.

Manny Arruda, the manager at this location, is completely unprofessional and should not have a managing job in a restaurant. First off, he was pouring buckets of bleach onto the floor at 9pm at night when closing isn’t until 1am. The whole restaurant smelled like bleach making it extremely difficult for every guest to eat their food comfortably. As if that wasn’t bad enough, his brand new server had 6 tables in her section while no other employees, including the bartender, took any tables from her. The manager, Manny, while watching his brand new server become overwhelmed, washed the floor while screaming at this new server for not being able to handle the load. Our server, Destiny, was excellent and doing everything she possibly could while being lashed out by Manny. We confronted the manager and we’re told to get out of his face. I truly hope Manny Arruda gets demoted from his position. As a family of restaurant managers, servers, and bartenders, we were extremely disappointed to witness the lack of professionalism from this manager. I hope something is done. Good job Destiny for doing the best she could while working under a manager who didn’t want to do anything.
