Dunkin'

This location is TERRIBLE. I've given this location chance after chance after chance.. and they ALWAYS take absolutely forever if you're getting food... The only 2 good people there are the much older gentleman and the nice skinny blonde girl (Both are efficient and very kind). but anyone else? hell they may not even MAKE IT FOR YOU AT ALL. I stood there waiting for my food for a whole 10 MINUTES, watching people that came in well after me, get their food and leave. No one asked me if I was all set.. if I was waiting for something.. nothing.. I had to call out to someone to ask if my food had maybe already been made and someone could have taken it by mistake? THEN they tried to tell me I was never charged for my food (THAT I PAID FOR AND WAS HOLDING THE RECEIPT FOR) Then once they realized it was THEIR mistake I GOT NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER, the girl quite literally threw me my food in the bag and walked away. I'm very nice and patient when I come here, but this was the last straw.. These employees need a reboot. Their ability to provide ANY type of customer service is an EXTREMELY laughable joke. I've been patient enough to keep trying with this location for close to 7 months... This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll also be calling corporate to follow up this review.

This location is one of my Favs in the area. The employees are all the same for a good while now, and that says something, as these places usually change up pretty quick. Very rarely do I have to go back and return something for being the wrong thing, but when I do, they apologize, and remake (usually my iced coffee, 1 crm, 3 sugar, sometimes gets reversed) with no issues at all. I always know that I will get a drink I can actually finish, and not dump 3 hours later for being too warm (not enough ice added), or too watered down (wayyy too much ice added, and actually, I finished in 3 good sips). The food is ok, but my issue w that, is Dunkin it's self, and why I rarely go anymore. This store, tho, makes what little they offer, well, and fast.
