Staff are rude. One staff was coughing all over the place. I waited in line for 30min and when I got my cup of water they charged me for a soda. When I asked about it I got an attitude from the staff saying "uh yeah..." I was not rude in any way as some businesses charge and others don't. Didnt even get to ask for a refund because i was cut off and disregarded. I will definitely not be going back. Also, it should not take 30 min in a drive through when 4 people are working. Get it together.

I stopped at this bagel shop for the first time and my experience with the staff at the window was horrible. The tattoo girl that took my order was not friendly, ignorant and not professional. After paying for my order she tried ripping me off. I gave her a $20 bill for two bagels and my change was $1.88. When asked about the rest of my change she would disregard. I told her I’m not leaving until you gave my change, which she eventually did. And, didn’t apologize for error, what a disgrace.

Meh my first time here I stopped by for lunch, As a landscaper you will basically eat dirt after working. Had a sandwich and a pretzel dog, Pretzel dog was gross. Sandwich reminded me of a hospital sandwich but of course I ate it. Today I came in to kill time, Got a bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel. More cheese on the wrapper than inside the sandwich, Bacon was really rubbery and actually had a gross taste. Egg wasn’t bad. I don’t understand the hype of going here.

Went to New York Bagel Dartmouth 12/29/2021 and ordered two Hot Pastrami on a roll with mustard and one with cheese. We were asked if we wanted cheese and I said cheese on one. Also told the server don't forget the pickles. Well no cheese on any one, no mustard, and no pickles. Also the pastrami was not very fresh and also the rolls. We were asked by the server twice if I wanted cheese and twice I said just on one. Given the choice of American, Swiss. or Provolone I said Swiss please. Anyway the quality and service have taken a dive. I remember when it was good. Also when we arrived we were told the sit down area was closed at quarter to 2. Oh well, Thanks for the memories. I will be sure to pass on my experience to others. I am very disappointed and would recommend not going there anymore till they clean up their act.

Best bagels around, friendly staff too. My son has been going here and loves their bagels. I thank him for his recommendation. It's a half hour drive for me but well worth it. My favorite is the sun dried tomato. A dozen is just under $14 and they freeze well (defrost in half an hour). I don't use the bagel setting on the toaster because I like both sides toasted (thanks again to my son). If you like bagels, and find others lacking, try New York Bagel Company bagels.
