Dunkin'

Well let's just say my experience to this Dunkin wasn't good, First off I ordered on the go and my order consisted of a Lemonade with lemon and extra ice and 4 raspberry shots along with other items, I get to the window the girl brings over a brown drink I proceeded to tell her that is not a lemonade, she tells me it is a lemonade and that she didn't make it, so she goes and speaks with 2 people and another girl comes over with another brown drink and I told her THAT ISNT A LEMONADE she said yes it is and that's how its made, did you want just a plain lemonade? I said I WANT A LEMONADE WITH 4 SHOTS OF RASPBERRY AND LEMON AND EXTRA ICE. I finally got a lemonade without the tea but no lemon and raspberry shots or extra ice and these people want $15.00 an hour. I say they get trained on how a lemonade should look like. Done with the rant

Orderd frozen coffee on app. Was told when I got to the drive through speaker that the machine was down. Ok fine but they still charged my DD account. Tried call at 6:53pm to ask why I was still charged . First call no answer 2nd call hung up on. 3rd call sent to fax machine. 4th call no answer. Really!!!! And you don't close till 7pm. Worst customer service ever. I will be sending a complete to corporate meanwhile my card still remains charged.
