This has happened the only 2 times I tried in the late night open hours.
Pretty sure they want you to use the mobile app to make them work, but she won’t even tell you that because she doesn’t want to work.
Basically don’t trust this place to be viable past midnight and attempt to drive to it if other locations shut down for the night.

Fresh fries go a long way for a happy customer. During this stop I took the family for a quick lunch stop before taking the kids to the park. Food was as we have come to expect from McDonald's but the french fries were hot and fresh. Thank you 👍

Manager was screaming at employees and really made for a bad overtone during a really unhealthy meal. Also there is zero data showing that the play place should still be closed for Covid19. Zero evidence. Open it up, tell the manager to treat his employees like humans and not machines.

Horrific wait time. Nearly no staff. Drive through display regularly broken, cars sitting 10 minutes without moving.
I quit delivering from this atrocious location almost a year ago, but I gave them a chance tonight on an $8 (my cut) order going just around the block. But, no, no, no. They have improved exactly nothing.
It's not worth it, y'all. Just go up to the one on County Street

Absolutely awful. The staff needs to be trained on how to make sandwiches and customer service. Ordered Quarter Pounder w/cheese. One was made with just mustard and catsup. The other was made with everything. Both of them were thrown together. They threw everything into a small bag that was torn apart. The fries were cold and thrown upside down in the bag. My son's chicken sandwiches were not even wrapped just thrown into the bag.

Lately when I order thru door dash, I don't receive all of the items in my order. Just today I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with 2 packets of Szechuan sauce and there was no packets to be had. They also keep forgetting to pack straws to go with drinks in the order. I'm really disappointed.

The worst drive thru experience I have ever had. Take about 30 minutes from ordering to receiving my food. When I did get my food the order was wrong. The soda machine needed to be swaped out the soda I received had no syrup in it. I guess you can't expect great service from corporations that wont pay more. Also won't find good help to run the store. Yet another business hurt by corporate greed.

Worst McDonald’s in New Bedford. I have been here 4 times Over night and have had to wait over 2 hours for food in the drive thru. Manager Maria is always yelling that she can’t make any orders. She lacks at delegating tasks because while I waited 2 hours for my food, I saw people walking around not doing anything. This is very disappointing to have such bad customer service at this location. Something needs to be done.
