Tim Hortons

The WORST staffing. Karen and her bestfriend that work together are absolutely awful employees. The most negative people my boyfriend and I have met. We asked for a glass of water with our $30 purchase and Karen and her friend were denied us service and started talking about myself and my boyfriend to her fellow staff. We tried to return one more time, and they were both there again and they messed up our entire order. Not sure how these people are your supervisors but the mangers and team should be ashamed of allowing this kind of behaviour. We will never return to this location.

I go to this Tim's almost every day, well my wife and I at least. They're always friendly and polite, always engage in small talk and seem to enjoy familiar faces! Not knocking other Tim's but this one makes ice capps perfectly, not too dark not too light. They've done a great job. Nothing better to relax than to go to your favorite Tim's and get your favorite treat. It's a Canadian institution and these folks understand that! All the staff rock!
