Visited while passing through Darwen. What an absolute stunning building! They have done a fantastic job and shows in this majestic building and its interior. It doesn't feel like an old chapel but has more of a library feel about it with its floor above, where the kitchen and further seating areas are situated. Also upstairs infront of the stunning stained glass windows, there is artwork and paintings on display which add character to this historic building. We never dined here so can't comment but the hot chocolate was a delight. Lots of open floor space with tables and also comfy couches. Parking is limited outside but there are a few just outside if you are lucky. Nice visit and would recommend.

Good to have choice of ordering either at the bar or using the app. App was easy to use. Food is great for the price you pay. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing directions to where self service hot drinks station is. Some walls are bare and could use pictures being hung up.

You get your monies worth plus any chef who brings you a steak looking like this you go back 👍👌 keep hold of him 🤗 6.10 2023 another fantastic steak cooked to perfection Ive been to Italian restaurants who haven't been able to make a steak like this chef absolutely bang on 👍 a true credit to Darwen weatherspoons
