Waited for pre booked table for a while, no one came so headed to bar. Barman was pleasant but seemed pre occupied and asked a few people about our table finally got seated. Had to ask to be re seated as the speaker was really loud as they had a pub quiz on. I get that the quiz was on but it was a very loud tannoy! Even at the new table in restaurant the quiz masters voice was very loud! However he was good, walking around the venue getting people involved just very loud! Not all food was available, waiting staff very pleasant and apologetic. Bar staff need some customer service training! Out of 3 meals 2 were good, lasagne was below average for the price paid! Pudding was chocolate bomb and was very good, not put me off going back

We received a 30% off voucher so booked and set the sat nav. Sat nav took me near it, not exactly to it, but was OK to find. Decoration looked new and was very clean. Good selection of beer etc. Menu was good, grill, burgers and mains. Atmosphere was good, quite busy for a Wednesday. All round above average

We had an enjoyable time. The food was good. The surf and turf was a little short with the surf. I booked as it was a Saturday but the table we were taken too was not really ready because floor where we had to put our feet was covered in breadcrumbs and larger bits of bread etc. I’m sure children inadvertently made the mess but it should have been cleared up before we are shown to the table. The service was good and the staff were great.

Easily booked online. Very attentive and quick service. Food was very good and pricing very fair. Great menu choices for adults, would have liked to have seen a pasta dish on the children’s menu such as spaghetti bolognese/lasagna/meatballs etc we had our 6 year old grandson with us and whilst lots of children are happy with the burgers etc on the children’s menu, he tends to eat a more healthy diet, therefore we had to buy an adult portion lasagna which was far too large, the waitress was happy to box up what wasn’t eaten though and we took it home to refrigerate so wasn’t an issue but a child’s portion would have sufficed and been more cost effective on the purse. Great selection of drinks, lovely venue and very clean and inviting.
