This was the finish point for the Falcon Classic tour, 2nd year running. The buffet plate the cafe prepared for us Falconers was absolutely delicious and served quickly. The staff at the centre are very focused on excellent service and making sure visitors have a good experience.

Lovely garden center. Would say it's quite pricey compared to the competitors around but some nice stuff! Nice to be able to see the animals ext was a good few hours. The restaurant was very nice with very attentive staff. What I would say is avoid the cakes.. we spend 9 pound something on two to take away for some pudding and was so dry and stale I had to chuck them away after a spoon full..

Went for a look around this store, never been before. Stopped for some lunch which was excellent, so much choice. Brought a lot of bird food for our garden, think the birds are set up for the year. They will think they are at a 5 star hotel with all the bird feeders and bird box's in our garden now. Will definitely be returning for another look around

Absolutely brilliant. Staff very helpful especially a young girl who looked after the pets.. also the young man who loaded compost into my car. Bought lots of bedding plants top class. Will certainly visit again for my Autumn bedding and compost.

We went there for the ice skating, well, I say "We" in very loose terms, I should say I drove my wife and daughters to the ice skating there and they had a lot of fun, I however, would certainly have broken at least a couple of bones, so decided to watch. We then had lunch in the restaurant, this was clean and although quite busy, the service was excellent. The food was very good and served hot and quickly. I will return for more spectating of ice skating next year.

I work with adults with learning disabilities, and the staff always make us very welcome. We take a walk to see the birds and have a chat with them, then go onto the rabbits and smaller furries, finally finishing up visiting the large outdoor bunnies. Then we go for a drink and a slice of cake!. Their coffee and homemade cakes are second to none, and makes the trip worthwhile :)

Extremely poor and one to avoid! All garden centres are expensive, but this one also combines it with poor value, quality and customer service. The cafe is so run down, lights not working; tat on the walls, Gordon Ramsey would not know where to start. Ordered a basic breakfast, asked for no mushrooms, breakfast came with mushrooms, in a reservoir of fat, the fried egg, was scrambled, then the staff member gave me some rubbish about the couldn’t cook fried eggs, even though my mum sat opposite me, got a fried egg !! The ingredients was of such poor quality, you would think twice about feeding it to your dog, the sausage had the consistency of mushy peas, some reason, the bacon could of been brought back to life by a good vet, everything about it was hideous .The staff constantly stroke customers dogs, then proceed to serve customers food without washing their hands. It’s expensive and awful, I don’t usually complain but I didn’t know where to start with this place!! They should feel ashamed charging for such poor quality rubbish, I will never visit again and I suggest you also give it a wide berth, this garden centre is at best very poor, and run down!

A garden centre. You walk into a noisy indoor area as on the left is a pet area and a separate pet shop. I was disappointed by the variety of indoor plants and I appreciate that prices have risen but they were what I thought expensive. Lots of gifts , garden furniture, lights etc. Theres a large outdoor plant selection and some good offers on. Back indoors there is a cafe/restaurant again very expensive but once again helpful, friendly staff. There is free parking and also wheelchair toilet available.
