We went on the spur of the moment with our two dogs. The service was friendly. They were very good with the dogs offering water and biscuits. The local Gadds beer was good and the food was out of the world. They obviously have a very good chef. I would easily rate this the best place to eat in the Sandwich area. And they have refurbished the pub to a very high standard. It is modern clean and welcoming. Well done we will be returning 100%!!

Had a quick after work drink here. Very nice decor which looked modern and recently renovated. Very knowledgeable bar staff who helped choose from a wide range of gins. Big open space in the beer garden.

Great food, very generous portions.
Service was very slow towards the pudding stage, they never came to take our order, and I had to ask for the bill at the bar.
Lovely decor, lighting in the toilet a little too dark.
The need for disabled hand rail in the toilet.

The food was excellent.
Wine choice good.
Would highly recommend this restaurant.
