First visit last night. We had regular fish and chips, and gluten free fish and chips. Spot on! Gluten free version was very tasty, crispy and looked great :) chips were really nice and crunchy. Lovely job guys, will come to you again x

I can’t say enough good things about this chippy in Deal! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The fish was incredibly fresh, cooked to golden perfection. The chips aren’t soggy and you can tell everything is cooked in fresh oil. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food you receive. The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The place is far above the other chippies in the town.

It's great to see this chippie up and running again as it does the best fish n chips in Deal. The place is very popular with reason, fast service, delivery and great quality food. It's not open every day, so check their website for updates.

Always fabulous food, friendly service and great value for money. I'd highly recommend this fish and chip shop; in fact it is the only fish and fish shop I buy from in the whole of Deal and Walmer!!

Great tasting fish and chips. I even got lucky and got gluten free batter - normally this would need to be ordered ahead of time apparently.

Firstly the food was amazing. Best fish and chips I've had in yonks. I was in Deal for the weekend and love a seaside fish and chips but have many allergies to deal with. The staff were extraordinary and puled out all the stops to deliver me a gluten free flour that contained no chickpea. And boy did they deliver. It was delicious, perfect even! I will be going back every time we are in Deal!

Just in Deal for one night. Spent a long time deciding on best place to go for fish and chips. So glad on my choice. Fantastic. Great fish and chips at a very good price. The portions are enormous. The fish was excellent and great batter. Clearly busy with locals. The guy who runs it is passionate about what he does. Very friendly. The world would be a better place if there were more people like him.

Never mind best fish and chips in Deal, best I've had anywhere. All fish is freshly fried; none of "this was cooked 5 minutes ago". Just the right amount of batter, which tastes great. And the chips? My word! Don't waste your money on triple fried truffle nonsense we have in London. Just proper, traditional delicious chips. All served up with a smile and old-fashioned courtesy by the young man owner (whose lovely mum was watching on with pride). So if you're a tourist to Deal, like me, just skip the ones on beach front and walk on ten minutes up High Street till it becomes College Road. You'll be licking your fingers for more

Perfection! Everything about this place and the people. Every chip was crispy, the fish was flaky and batter was light and the vegan battered cheeseburger was beyond. Best curry sauce I've had. Plus top quality banter from the family that owns it. 10000 out of 10 for this fish and chip shop. Thanks guys

My first experience of gluten free fish and chips, the portions were huge. The batter was was light and crunchy the fish was fresh and moist the chips were delicious. My wife had non gluten free and was equally impressed. We took advantage of the delivery service , they arrived on time and everything was piping hot, paid the driver with a tap on his card reader , a excellent service. I will definitely use the Fryer Tuck again and would recommend it to anybody.

Whether you live in and around Deal or come to visit. You have to come and enjoy the fish and chips from this delightful, friendly and wonderful staff....come and say hello to these young hard working folk. Its a real delight to chat and eat their beautifully cooked fish and chips.....oh the pies and the rest of the menu is great too. I haven't tried the pineapple fritters yet....but I will! So come and taste and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed!!!!
