Harbour View Cafe

My other half and I have been coming here for well over 10 years and we have never had a bad meal. Everything is always cooked fresh to order, and I would much rather wait a little longer for that; not that the wait for food was especially long. The staff were polite and courteous and the whole place was clean and tidy.

I visited this chip shop today with my boy at 2pm, just as the shop was about to close. My wife Lisa waited outside in the car. The two young ladies in the shop, named “Dee” and “Bee”, were just about to close the shop after lunch. Yet after me explaining my wife wanted fish and scallops, my son wanted sausage and chips and myself wanting chips and curry, the two ladies without any delay started to throw in the fryer fresh fish and potatoes etc. Not only were the two ladies so friendly and happy, they were utterly professional working over after work, to help customers. The food was magnificent as always, with the fish apparently bing “Out of this world!”. We are returning holiday makers, whom honestly think that this is the best quality, priced and service in North Wales area. Well done “Dee” and “Bee”. Thanks Phil and family.

We were searching for a chip shop that was open late on Sunday and we arrived just before closing. The staff were clearing up but served me whatever they had left! I wasn't planning on having the fishcake but we did and it was scrumptious with plenty of chips & gravy. We don't usually use this chip shop as there are plenty closer to us but we will definitely make the effort to drive further out for a lovely take away dinner.
