First time here for our annual Christmas dinner, lovely place really enjoyed it and the food was nice and the service was great. Friendly team and looked after us. Thank you 🤓 We are looking forward to coming back in the new year …
I had heard good and bad. We went on the 7th November. It was good. The team were young and did very well. A particular mention to the young man in the white shirt who was just the top. Very professional.

Nice pub. Decent parking. Good two for £15 meal deal. Very impressed with the value of the vegetarian lasagne. I had fish and chips which was fine. Seemed to be lots of people going in on a Friday afternoon but the place is pretty big and it didn't seem busy at all once inside. Didn't have to book and got a table no problem.

We were a little disappointed that the menu had changed a couple days before a birthday gathering. We had booked prior and it would have been courteous to let people know. I'm very much one to plan my meals before visiting to avoid taking too long to order. That being said the staff were friendly and the service was still very good.
I can’t believe the chef had no shame, we ordered Camembert which is really hard to ruin …it was dried out and solid you could not dip your bread in. Then the wedges were burnt to a cinder. The bar lady was polite but nothing done to remedy the situation. I am a chef and I’m gobsmacked that was allowed out of the kitchen. Really poor
We called in for lunch and it was great. We had two meals for £18, and it was really nice. We will definitely be going back again.
