I went there for a Sunday Buffet. I was given a table for six in corner for three of us, that was great ! However, after 15 minutes, the manager came and said that we need to move to another table. I asked him why ? and his answer was the restaurant is fully booked and some people have turn up early.
I can see the restaurant was full and buzzing.
The variety of buffet dishes were delicious and carefully balanced for vegetarians and vegans. The naan bread was amazing and most importantly the lamb curry was out of this world.
Service was good considering the restaurant being full.
Please book before you plan to go there on Sundays .

A small group of us had a fresh, tasty meal at Monk. The food was very tasty and each dish individual and with its own character. Lots of vegetarian or meat options, spicy and mellow. When they say hot, they really do mean hot. Not sure what chilli's they use, but they pack a punch and build nicely. Service was friendly and good, always easy to get somebody's attention. To top it all off we thought that the price was very reasonable.

It was an amazing lunch experience in the Monk Restaurant. The dishes were beautifully presented and were equally delicious. Not to forget the warm hospitality of the staffs. The charming and cozy ambiance made it a perfect setting for sharing a meal with friends and family. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit. This restaurant is a gem!

Absolutely incredible food, lovely staff and a really fantastic night out. This came highly recommended to me and it did not disappoint. The lamb meatball starters were sublime. Love it!

Best Nepali restaurant in the surrounding areas! Really happy with the service; all staff were very friendly and attentive.
I would 100% recommended Monk Restaurant, especially if you are looking to try Nepalese cuisine for the first time, but even if you are Nepali - there are plenty of unique dishes I had not come across elsewhere.

We are old school Lumbini patrons. Hadnt been to Monk for a while as had moved house. Everything still excellent like it always was. If only they had a restaurant out Wycombe way 👍

This restaurant by far is the best Nepali one I’ve seen.
The owner is soo welcoming and all staff, there is one grumpy waiter but you got to love him too! Food is EXCELLENT. Service is top notch! What more can I say?
