This place is awesome. I bowl with the son of the owned and they treated me and my wife like family. The food is fresh and always dancing left, right, up and down our tastebuds. I would reco.end sushi lovers and none sushi lovers to go here. I do not like uncooked food but almost half of their menu is cooked, so if you are like me and cannot keep uncooked food down, try their Michael Jackson roll or anything with a star on the side of it. This means it is cooked to perfection. Another of my favorites is their jalapeno poppers.

I'll begin by pointing out that price is very subjective and while it may have a high price tag for some people, the plates come with a nice amount of food and the quality of the ingredients is worth the price. Phenomenal. The jalapeño poppers where simply exquisite. The meat was fluffy and tender while the jalapeño was crunchy (although some might like a soft pepper). The batter is fantastic and savory, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The wontons followed the same story. The cream cheese stayed warm on the inside even after several minutes after exposure to the winter winds. The wontons were greasier than the poppers although your mileage might vary. The sushi came in a nicely decorated form. Presentation aside, the rolls were tasty. There are a lot of flavors going around with the several toppings they include such as crabmeat and shrimp. My roll was fried and a few have the option to be baked. The wasabi and ginger were very strong in their respective flavors and I enjoyed them thoroughly. I would recommend to everyone that enjoys sushi.

Hibachi Filet is okay but quality falls short to what Blue Ginger has. This is closer to what would be served at a mall, very soy sauce heavy and not tender.
