Been coming to this location for the longest. The last visit was not the same. Wings were barely seasoned. Did not taste the same. Waitress missed out on few items on the order. I ordered celery and only got 1 stick with the wings. Service getting worse. Not returning

Wife's order of wings was way over cooked. My order only had a couple of wings that were over cooked. In addition to the overcooked wings, they were incredibly small. If I order 10 wings and they are all tiny, do the right thing and include 2-3 extra. Ridiculous

06/01/2022 waited 48 minutes for our food. Was late back to work.
Thought it was a mistake in the kitchen possibly. Just came back today on the 9th. It was another 52 minutes before I got my food. There was less than 1/4 of the resteraunt full if that.
Also, there was a lemon seed in my cup.... None of us had lemons in our waters... Gross
Will not be back.

We ordered 40 wings for Superbowl Sunday to have ready around 11am. We got home and the wings were old and very dry. I used to work at a restaurant that served wings and the wings we got were obviously from the day before and just thrown in the fryer to reheat. If you have ever seen the scene from Christmas Vacation when they eat the turkey like jerky... that is how our wings were. We couldn't even eat them. There goes $75 down the drain. Won't be eating here again.

Great place. Only down side is the size of boneless wings. It's better to eat there than take out if you order boneless wings. Boneless wing take out can be the size of a coin. So best eat there as the staff looks for tips, therefore boneless wings will be at the best size.

This location gets five stars for the following: the waitress Nikki was so good! Very attentive and nice. The TV set up was very good. The wing sauces were really good. Quality of the meat of the wings not so much.

I am not even shocked that when I got online that this location has bad reviews. The stars are too high to match the customer service though. A zero would be more appropriate. After the staff made a mistake with our order we were expected to pay for it. After going round and round, common sense and all customer service went out the window. The manager on duty Connor has little to no people skills. Not sure how he is a manager, he is very dull-witted. He couldn't u crest and how to refund $8. Instead we were asked to return half of our wings. HOW EMBARRASSING!!! In front of other customer we were told to give back 6 of the 12 wings for them charging us incorrectly... you just can't fight with stupid. We did it and left. Going back to speak with the General Manager tomorrow.
