🤩 A place to go when you visit Denton! I'm a TWU student and I came here often when I lived in the school area. Sadly, I became a commuter after the covid hit, whenever I visit Denton for school I always visit here and eat their Texas BBQ!! 🍖 🥰 All the employees are always nice and friendly! Their price can't beat any other TX BBQ places. I'm obsessed with their Gumbo soup and Mac & Cheese 🧀 probably two sides are the reason I go 🤣 💖 I usually eat a small portion of food and if you are the same, I highly recommend you to order a piglet combo and add an extra 1-2 sides and share with your friend! 🕊️ . . Updating my review as I have been back more than once and it seems my initial issue was an anomaly, not the norm. Everything Ive tried there has great flavor and cooked to perfection. If you can catch them on the days they smoke beef ribs, totally worth the money. Their chicken is also very underrated. This place is super solid and becoming one of my favorite bbq joints.

My Husband & I ate here for the first time last night for supper. I got the pulled pork sandwich. I loved it. The meat was very good & they pile the meat on, worth $9.00 just for the sandwich. They have 3 different kind's of BBQ sauce as well. They have Original, Spicy, & Carolina. I got the Original because I can't eat anything Spicy. The flavor was EXCELLENT !! The Carolina is Vinegar based. Needless to say, WE WILL be going back & will recommend Juicy Pig to Family & Friend's.

Great barbecue and a cool Vibe. Had 3 meat and brisket was good, fantastic ribs with bark all the way through and quarter chicken was the bomb. They had boudin and let’s just say it was krack. Cool vibe good music playing and a place you need to try. Get some q and eat on the patio and revel in the great Atmosphere. Best barbecue since I’ve been back in Texas. Will be back.

I’ve heard so many good things about this place so I was pretty surprised to not enjoy my food… Brisket: Pretty dry and lacking salt Ribs: Super tough, not tender at all Slaw: Had so much potential but just a bit bland Mac N Cheese: Pasta was extremely over cooked and overall just underwhelming Cream Corn: Pretty decent Deviled Eggs: Whites overcooked and filling lacking salt Limeade: Liked it! For $80+ to feed 3 people, I was very disappointed with the quality of food.

I wasn't going to leave a review. But decided I should. My husband and I ate there this afternoon and we're disappointed. 1. Portion size was a major disappointment for the price 2. Our food was barely warm and some item where cool. 3. The flavor was a bit off! 4. Both off us reacted poorly after ot hit our system. We ended up almost a dozen trips to the bathroom! We were both surprised given the response we saw on the web. Very 😞!!! I will not visit again.
