Carl's Jr.

I've had great experiences at this location. I love that you guys are staying open later, too. Sometimes service is slower, but I have no complaints - if I wanted something extra fast, I'd go to McDonald's. I'd rather have food that tastes good. Friendly service people, clean dining area and facilities, and they've always gotten my order right. :)

Horrible..I waited like 15 minutes in the drive thru and my food was not correct and the burger was cold. I ordered a chocolate shake as well and it may as well have been vanilla. I asked the lady if she could add more chocolate and she replied with " I added the required amount" don't waste your time with this place it SUCKS. I love Carl's Jr...but this one I wont be visiting again anytime soon that's for sure!!

We are big fans of Carl’s Jr. coming from California, we have been known to drive to Oklahoma to get a Western Bacon cheese burger. This location has never lived up to the quality we expect from Carl’s. The inside is often dirty, the service is okay, but it takes forever to get the order. Our last visit was probably the best experience we have had since the opening. We rarely eat here and it makes me sad, because in the beginning I was so excited and happy to have our own Carl’s Jr. where is the owner and manager of this location?! Get with it!

I had an horrible experience yesterday with a drive thru server. I was so disappointed because I always received great customer service when ever I went to eat there. I called the manager his name is Michael I explained to him what happened to me and he informed me that he will review the tape so he could coach the young lady on what not to do while serving customers and offer to replace my order that was wrong. That's says a lot to me because we live in a society that no longer pride its self on customer service at all and for him to do that shows we still have people who cares about the consumers. Thanks Michael~

Terrible management. Cashier was very friendly though. I had to wait for my food when I was there around 4:00pm. As I waited, I saw most of the drive thru customers waiting outside in there car, and food was brought out to them. Definitely not fast food service. I was at least expecting food to be fresh and hot, but unfortunately it was not.

If I could give 0 stars I could!! I love Carl's Jr. But everytime we have came to this location they are slow as hell. Everytime we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone walked up to take an order. We ordered 10 min ago and still waiting on our food!!! The little girl that came in after us walked in from drive thru her burger that I let go before us is still waiting too!!!!

Omfg i never leave reviews for anything but this place is worth discussing. First we were greeted as soon as we went in, the cashier was timely in explaining the different burgers to me, held a smile and a good attitude the entire time, food was AMAZING and the peach tea is to die for. Love love love this place. 5 STARS!!!!
