Wendy's

There were 4 employees inside and they had the lobby closed. They said they didn't have time to clean it up, just flat out lazy. I'll never go back to that location or any location that closes the doors. I hope people do the same thing and busy leave. Make them go broke and wish they had the lobby open that's how you get them to get back on track.

Everytime I come here, there is something wrong with my order and today may be the last time I give them a shot. Usually they forget a sauce or a special instruction, but today we got attitude, laziness, and old, cold fries AND nuggets. I usually enjoy the Wendy's brand, bit this location just isn't it. I don't know if it's a lack of good staff due to covid or just poor management, but something here needs to change.

I was first in line and waited 5 minutes before my existence was even acknowledged. There were literally 4 employees behind the table and no customers in the restaurant and not one employee looked at me to say something like “just a minute and we will be with you.” An employee finally appeared before me unapologetically then took my order without ever looking at me. His shirt was absolutely filthy. Worse than the service is the building which is absolutely disgusting: the floors, bathrooms, tables and even doors and door handles. I wasn’t looking to be critical, but one can’t help but notice when it’s so extreme. My children were even disgusted. We will never ear at this location again.

I got three meals through the drive through on the evening of May 14th, but when I got home my daughter complained that she had frozen chicken nuggets in her fries. How do you get frozen chicken nuggets in your fry carton? I tried calling their number, mainly to find out if their nuggets are all the way precooked before they are packaged and frozen, so that I would know whether I needed to worry about salmonella because she ate fries that had been touching these frozen nuggets. But of course no one answered. I drove back up to this Wendy’s and showed them what I had received and the guy handed me a new fry. He didn’t even put them in a bag for us. Just handed me a fry to take home. I’m a reasonable person, and don’t expect anything crazy for customer service, but I just had to drive back to the Wendy’s mainly to ask about if the frozen chicken nuggets were precooked or raw and to show them what she received in her fry carton, and I left with a fry that I had to put in my cup holder to get it home because they didn’t even put it in a bag for safe travels. I was shocked beyond belief that this was how it was dealt with. I’m not going to make a scene on something like this, but I will think twice before coming back.
