Burger King

Good customer service. The cashier was really nice and took my order pretty quickly. Didn't take very long at all, like no more than 5min at most. Everything behind the counter looked pretty clean and organized, all of the employees were wearing masks, gloves and aprons. Lobby was very clean, no trash, no dirty tables and all of the chairs were straight. Drink station looked really good too and none of the trash cans were over flowing like some places I've been to.. Bathroom looked good too, seems like they pay good attention to it. Would absolutely recommend this burger king location

While in line I observed Shamilia multi tasking and she was very efficient putting together a pick up order. Then she was very friendly and polite as she took care of us at register! The app was easy to use as I scrolled for a coupon and was able to use offer today. Also my meal was prepared as ordered. Restaurant and restroom were clean. I will definitely visit this location again.

Update from 4 stars to 2 stars: 2/26 2 star review: We went in on 2/26 around 4:30PM. We tried calling multiple times before we went in, but no one answered the phone. We called because the day before, the lobby was closed due to bad weather. We were greeted and helped within just a seconds. The inside was still very clean and taken care of. The coupon we used was able to be done with no problems. Drink machine in working order. Front staff is great! We ordered 3 whoppers with cheese, 3 small fries, and 3 cheeseburgers with mustard only. We got our food in a reasonable time....but all of it incorrect.The whoppers all had no cheese, and the cheeseburgers all had ketchup only. We noticed the whoppers with no cheese first, which were promptly corrected by the staff once brought to their attention. Unfortunately this meant cold cheese on all of the whoppers. We dined in so we were then able to notice all of the cheeseburgers made incorrectly. The staff did remake it and was kind about it, but we are disappointed that all of our food was made wrong. I was happy in the 2/16 review to have a great BK location with everything seemingly perfect but after this experience I am sad to say we likely won't go back. 2/16 4 star review:I went in on 2/16 around 8:00PM. I was greeted and helped within just a few seconds. The inside was so clean and beautiful. I was very impressed with this location. I had a coupon and was able to use it with no problems. The soda machine up front was down at the time but the people behind the counter filled our drinks at the machine in the back. Our order was made 100% correct and in just a few short minutes. The whoppers were amazing. Very fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion and delicious patties. My dr. Pepper was great but the sprite was a little on the syrupy side with less carbonation. The fries were good, but could’ve been just a touch more fresh with slightly less salt. I would highly recommend the Denton University Burger King to anyone who loves a clean environment, kind staff, great food, fair prices, and an overall enjoyable experience. I will go again, even without a coupon.

Drive thru worker (maybe manager?) was extremely rude and interrupted mid order to tell us the whooper cannot be used for the 2 for 10 deal. (upon looking at the website and googling, it can be. I didn't push it and ordered the whoppers as normal) I've worked in food service and try and be understanding about workers but she was overly rude during the entire process. I would have been more understanding if she was polite about the situation. Not worth the $20 I ended up having to spend on only two sandwiches.

I ordered through the app & my food was ready when I got there, zero wait even at lunch time. The staff was friendly and knew which order was mine when I said I had an online order. This was very convenient and definitely an addition to my lunch time options in the Rayzor Ranch area of town, especially when the other options are usually packed at that time.
