DISCLAIMER: I only went for breakfast. Review based on that.
5/5 based on breakfast experience. Staff is friendly and got seated right away. Price point is a bit high. Teas are $7 with glass of OJ is $4. The avocado toast was decent but could do with some more flavor.

I loved their environment! Nice and friendly service and the food is from another world! The flavors make your mouth water!

We had the privilege of sitting at the bar at the main restaurant which anyone can sit at instead of a formal table and got to see the chefs do their magic. It was incredible. The food was phenomenal. They use top notch ingredients. Everything was superb. Sous chef Javier Mercado even gave us a complimentary appetizer. Chef also couldn’t have been nicer. It was such a treat, the entire dinner and experience. Highly recommend their food and if you are a small party, sit where you can see them cook. It’s like watching magic and a symphony. Thank you for having us!

We had the honor of sitting at the chef's table where we could watch all the food be made. We had sous chef Javier Mercado by us and he was an absolute delight, despite being super busy: he told us stories, gave us recommendations on the menu, and showed us what he does. Chef was in the zone, but always looked over to give us a smile. This place is the best --- better than the top restaurants in Boulder we usually go to. Amazing food, friendly service and fun experience.

Our server, Curtis from NOLA, was excellent. He walked us through the menu with suggestions and recommendations. We loved our salads and entrees!
We had the Caeser salad and the green salad with feta and olives. Both were delicious. My entree was the porchetta. So delicious! My dining companion had the roast chicken with gnocchi which he enjoyed as well.
I recommend this spot!

Really enjoyable experience and a spot that brings the flavor. Tasting menu was a winner all the way through. Great wine pairings. Impressive cocktails. Had a really good server and service was fine dining level. Easy place to recommend.

We have been a couple times for breakfast and even though it's a wait to get seated, the food is great. We are big fans of the chicken hash, the eggs Benedict, and the Hatch Bloody Mary. Our servers are always attentive and have great suggestions .

Dinner here was great, I loved the jam that came with the charcuterie. The scallops in the corn risotto were cooked to perfection. The steak was the highlight though, prepared a perfect medium-rare and the sauce it came in was fantastic.

We were hungry after a morning flight from Denver, and the Sunday brunch dish of chicken hash couldn't have been more delightful. Great flavor and ingredients!
Had risotto with shrimp for lunch there two days later, and it, too, was terrific, if pricey for a fairly small dish at $25. However, my wife's Panzanella salad had way too much dressing on it, to the point of being unpalatable.

This place is back on track! The food was amazing and they had great service. It seemed like one of those older places that had to close during COVID and now are getting back on their feet. I hope they can remodel soon.
