My friend and I went for lunch today. I use a mobility scooter and one of the staff were so kind, in letting me take my scooter into the cafe. He then moved a table over so as I could put my scooter beside my seat. When we left he assisted me in getting it out of the cafe. Thank you Carouso's

I went to this cafe with my family last Tuesday, and had a whale of a time. Lovely cakes and coffees that anyone can enjoy! The bread on my butter was the lovely paintings that really enhanced the atmosphere.
However, upon entering the men's room I saw a fella around my age frantically washing himself clean of hot chocolate. A bit weird but didn't impact my overall experience.

Cant rate this highly enough! Last Tuesday I came here with the family to sit down and enjoy a drink and cake and boy was I surprised. It was one of the most fantastic cafes Ive ever seen. The staff were lovely and the setting was amazing. The cake was light, fluffy and soft and the coffee was smooth and soothing. The only downside was my son spilling all his hot chocolate on me!! But that was anyones fault 😊 I would recommend and definitely come again!

I went for the first time yesterday since they moved to babbington Lane. What a fantastic job they have done I felt like I was on holiday for the 45 min I was there. Lovely decor and music. Drinks and food no more expensive than before and much better than the chain coffee shop offerings. I will definitely be going back.

I have been going here with the husband for over 20 years as a place to celebrate our ups with a good coffee and a little something to eat and treat ourselves during difficult times to cheer ourselves up here. Lovely place to relax. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Great food. We hope their new place will be just as good!

This is our regular Saturday lunch stop, we can be certain of the quality of the food and definitely some of the best coffee in Derby.

Always a pleasure to visit. Its a little bit of Italy in Derby.
You won't get your huge meals and chips here, they're a coffee shop so it's toasted sandwiches, cakes and ice cream sundaes.
What you will get though is delicious hot and cold drinks served to you in a busy but warm and cheery environment full of fun.

Well were lucky, the chairs were across the door. I only wanted a cup of tea to takeaway but was at that stage in the day where it was urgent. I called over the barrier and the lady went to check if she could serve. At this point I'd given up all hope.
She returned and made me a cup tea that was so restorative and magical. You know the ones I mean. I had one there. I needed it. Thank you

Lovely cafe with excellent service and lovely staff! A huge range of coffees, milkshakes ,desserts and snacks. They serve delicious breakfasts and all sandwiches and baguettes are freshly made. I would highly recommend this place as the prices are great too!

Had a light lunch here with an amaretto hot hocolate delight. Looked amazing. Tasted nice but the hot chocolate was barely warm, however I did enjoy it.
Staff pleasant and prices reasonable.
