Fantastic food. Fantastic service. I'm a regular at Anokhi and had to compare. The Vicory wins in food (authentic Desi khanna) hands down. Exceptional staff and service. Beautiful flavours. Kheer to die for. Butter chicken wow!
The food was top notch ! We all get told that Indian food is not the healthiest for us , so if you are going to go for it ! Then do it with the best food ! The Viceroy give you that !
A group of 8 of us had a truly wonderful meal here.
Superb poppadoms and pickles, followed by quality starters and excellent mains. Every single one of us loved the food.
Service was friendly, prompt and polite with a good level of interaction, and tolerance with our slightly boisterous group. Apologies if we were a little bit loud at times.
The restaurant is superbly appointed and looks real quality throughout.
My initial reaction to the bill was that it was an expensive place to eat. However, on reflection when choosing the quality of the food, the environment and the service it's a justified price.
Highly recommend the Viceroy.

The service was on point, food came out piping hot and was served in an acceptable time. The waiters/waitresses were very professional and catered to all put needs. Husband is gluten free and that wasn't a problem. Thanks guys

The time between starters and main was excellent and the food was just delicious.
We couldn't finish the meal as we were full, so they put it in containers to take home.

Great Meal and Excellent Service. First time we have visited the viceroy and we were really impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was fantastic. Highly recommended.
The food was great in this place. Service was good too and the decor is nice. The prices are a bit high and the portion size could be bigger but all in all loved it and look forward to visit again.
I can happily say I have never had a bad experience from The Viceroy. As for the food quality, I would easily say this is my favourite curry house in Derby & the delivery is always on time, with the staff who deliver always friendly. I would highly recommend The Viceroy, especially the garlic chill lamb! You won't be disappointed!
A wonderful warm welcome, polite attentive staff. Food was hot, tasty and delicious. Very well presented and nice to have the first serving served.
The whole evening was very pleasant and staff went above and beyond to help. A lovely experience.
