Fantastic offers throughout October to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Service is first class, friendly and very knowledgeable. Food is above average, however we all commented that we had had better quality Indian food in the area. Would definitely visit again, however it wouldn’t be our first choice.

First time visiting, we had a lovely meal , we were treated extremely well , and given lots of extras. The fish dishes, Sea Bass were delicious. I was a little uncertain about the mint yogurt which was highly coloured bright green , I'm not a fan of unnecessary colours/additives. The Masala sauce on the Sea bass, compared to the rest of our meal , was very 'korma' like and pretty tasteless. Some of the popodoms could have been fresher . However the rest of the meal was absolutely delicious and the attention to detail along with the second to none waiter service made for a lovely evening.. We'll definitely return. And I would absolutely recommend.

We came on recommendation from a work colleague. Celebrating their 20th birthday the menu was very paired down and it was 3 courses for £20. The restaurant is an old cinema with a curved ceiling, coving and beautiful lighting. I had the hot chili fish, which if it had been polite to do so, I would have licked the plate. Outstanding dish and I will go back for this dish alone. He had the vegetable plater containing pakora, bhaji, grilled spiced veg and the wonderful earthy paneer. For mains we shared a lamb desi and chicken makhani. Served with rice and naan. Time for my happy dance because they did me a gluten free naan. Although the chicken was decent, spiced well and good thick sauce it paled into insignicance against the deep savouriness of the lamb. Enough heat to make your nose run but not so much you were ordering a gallon of milk. Utterly devine, when we go back I won't be sharing. On top of the 3 courses we were given a sorbet to cleanse our palate and desert of gulab Jasmin with ice cream. What a treat! The staff are fabulous, friendly and rightly proud of food done well. It is rare you mention gluten free and every staff member is aware. Neither of us could manage any more and it was a shame some went to waste. If you visit take my recommendation of the hot chili fish or paneer, you won't be disappointed. 💖

This is a lovely restaurant, beautiful decor, great, attentive service, delicious food, and very conveniently located in the centre of Derby. I would give five stars, if it was just a little less pricey!!! Will certainly be returning in the future though x

I booked Anoki for my partners birthday as he is a big fan of the food, and wow! The food was literally wow and the service was amazing. The waiters went above and beyond and we had the best meal out I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Anoki!

After finding ourselves with a child free evening we decided to spend it Anoki Derby. So glad we did. We arrived nearly 30 minutes early, but that, as everything else was not a problem. Food (King prawn jalfrezi) was amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Amir who made our evening extra special. We will definitely be returning very soon.

Amazing food and great service. The staff genuinely made me laugh when I entered. Then proceeded to be charming and on top things. To top it off they brought out a showstopper of a dessert. Not cheap but still good value for a special evening.
