Wow, if you haven't been here yet you need to give it a go. Staff are great and the food is so nice. We had mini egg cake slice, cherry & almond scone, and a black pudding scotch egg. Absolutely fantastic. It wasn't to busy and they were able to seat four of us but most of the tables were reserved, obviously a popular place.

Absolutely wonderful! Can't recommend Hogg's Bistro highly enough. The service is friendly and efficient. Beautiful garden at the back for pre-dinner drinks and a fabulous menu. The food is beautifully presented and truly delicious. Excellent wine menu and great value for money. We loved our first outing to Hoggs and can't wait to go again ♥️👌

Fantastic dining experience at lunchtime, my first visit and won't be the last.
Lovely place to take the family; relaxed staff, simple but nonetheless mouth watering menu, great ambience (no loud music) and smart decor. What I particularly like is that it's NOT packed to the gills with tables and the dining experience is therefore relaxed as staff can cope easily with the covers. Prompt yet friendly service but of course the proof is in the pudding, (and the starters and mains). I went for the 2 course option, (1, 2 or 3 course option available) all for a very reasonable fixed price. Sorry, I digress! The food was fantastic - in my case the Coronation Chicken salad (well, had to be, 3 days before King Charles III Coronation), de-lic-ous! Followed by Lemon Meringue Pie and what a slice! Mmm mmm mmm 😋 Cant recommend enough. No pics as it just felt crass to sit there snapping away but the food is both a visual and oral delight. You will not be disappointed.

Went to a friend's birthday lunch & everything was lovely. I had lasagne with salad then the lemon cheesecake, delightful. 16 of us served quickly & efficiently. Great food & great staff.

Four of us went to the Hoggs Bistro last night and it was a fantastic evening out.
Beautiful layout and decorations and a lovely view of the garden.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great selection of drinks.
The food was divine, a simple menu but perfectly executed, absolutely delicious.
Very decent price for what we got for the four of us. Starters, Mains, Dessert, Coffee and Chocolate to finish - divine.
Will be back again, thank you for such a lovely evening!
