Lovely meal with girlfriends, great staff as they are very polite and helpful, food was well made, nice, tasty and served hot.... very reasonable prices and top quality ... thank you.... I'll be going to see what christmas is like there .... can't wait

Absolutely delicious. Extremely busy for a weekday lunchtime but we didn't have to wait. The server cleared a table quickly for us to sit down. Food was excellent as was the service. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Steak pie was delish! We had small bites/ old age pensioners menu & had plenty on our plate. There was 5 of us & we all had plenty to eat & food was tasty.
Excellent value for money. Service good & came quickly. Lovely covered outside area under an awning. Cosy interior & will definitely go again.

food is always nice, lady who took our order was lovely (can only assume supervisor due to different uniform?) however it was let down by another staff member who virtually ignored us as we walked in, continued to look through something she was reading, and when asked what sauces we wanted, on return these were thrown down on the table with no contact at all. We found it quite rude, luckily it wont put us off from returning as we come here quite often.

This is a tough one to rate as I only popped in for a drink.
What I did see, though, was an extremely busy bar. The food was served quickly and tasted great too.
Staff and the landlady were really friendly too.
Will be returning and will be trying their food.

Just got back from our birthday meals this evening and have to say it was absolutely delicious with excellent, first class service. My partner had lasagne with a side of onion rings and I had the bbq grilled chicken melt with chips and coleslaw and a side of delicious onion rings. Lovely restaurant, superb!!

Really love this pub, particularly the vegan options. Great if you have a baby as you can hide away in the outside pods and make all the noise you like! Sunday Carvery is always well cooked and there are loads of cute cocktails on the drinks menu xx

Absolutely lovely place. Staff so warm and welcoming after booking a party of 9 people we were so well looked after by a lovely lady with (purple) hair. Food arrived quickly and piping hot! A very well run and organised place. Constantly being catered for and asked if there were any allergies or if we'd like anything else. Reading a below review... How obscene it actually is! None of the staff have ever ignored customers. None of them were rude. All of them cannot do enough for you. And the fact you have mentioned staff by name very undiplomatic :/ clearly another business or someone stirring the pot. The catering business is a hard business constantly on the go without stopping. Well done the newdigate team. Thank you I will be returning many times

Met friends here for lunch, very good. Menu well priced, can have smaller portions without having to ask for child's menu! Service good, large car park, always a consideration and have booked again for later this month .

Table for 15 of us, all food ordered at same time all our food came out within 20 minutes all piping hot and not one complain it was delicious 10/10. The table service was also 10/10 cheerful and couldn't do enough for us all.

Really enjoyed the outdoor setting here. The out door dining was amazing. Well covered and heated out door area. Great table service and lovely fish and chips.
