Not a reseller, not one of them shops that just pops up out of nowhere. these guys make their own home brewed, onsite Vape Juices to your requirements, very helpful, If you don't know your requirements, they will help, Need help with your Mod, they will help advise or sell to you, Re wicking, I have been coming for two years and I always pick up a tip of two on nearly every visit. If you just want to hang out, you can do that too, they sell bean to cup coffee and beer too. Excellent Customer Service. You will not get this type of unique service at any other vape shop around! Update 2020 Still the best in Derby, not sure go ask the pop up vapes shops in Derby city center they all recommend Vapy jacks. Says it all really.

This place is the only place you need to come for your vape gear, knowledgeable, not-pushy staff, chill atmosphere, great coil oils and great prices...and they have BOTH root and ginger beer Bunderberg!!!

Really relaxing environment. Good music and a pool table. Great coffee and other drinks on offer. Tables and chairs to sit and relax and really friendly and knowledgable staff. Best place to go for unique vape liquid mixes. I tried other liquids but these are the only ones i have been succesful with. You can choose the nic content and personalise your flavour. Great product.

Great shop with incredible staff. This place is more than an e liquid outlet, staff will help with building atomisers, creating juices and serve coffee that is as good as anywhere you'll experience at a third of the price! I keep visiting and will continue to do so.

More of a vape club or a coffee/beer round at your friends place than a shop.
Custom e-liquids at really good prices, excellent coffee that is incredibly cheap.
Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, perfect for escaping the rain or crowds and you don't get moaned at if you're high wattage vaping.

What a brilliant place, the guy running the shop was super friendly and seems to know everything about everything vaping related! He was only too happy to help me with my RTA setup which I'm new to. Looking forward to going back to buy some of the juices of which there are loads of samples to try which all tasted great! Great choice of beers and soft drinks to choose from too.

The guys at Vapey Jacks are just so down to earth. They get me and are always on hand to help. Drinks and snacks whilst you wait for them to mix your favourite juice. I love this place such a great vibe.

Popped in today in the evening for the first time. Was welcomed straight away and shown where we could try the great selection of ejuice available. All with mods ready to go. Friendly staff great advice and some great juices at good prices and you can chill and drink coffee for as long as you like. Well be back to stock up again soon.
