I couldn't speak more highly of the staff here, i've been in a few times with my baby and usually every time the baby is desperate for a feed, the staff always offer to bring food/drinks over so i can get settled and it's somewhere i always feel very comfortable breastfeeding which can be hard to come by. Thank you to all the staff for being so thoughtful and helping this frazzled Mama out!

A nice coffee shop located in a very accessible location, plenty of parking available on site and quite spacious inside though can often get busy during peak times.

Costa, as always is a delightful experience. You get great tasting food and great drinks for generous prices. The gorgeous people there, also work hard to make sure nothing leaves the coffee machine, oven, kettle or blender, without making sure it's no less than a 10/10 for everyone. Love it.

Always having a great coffee here. Usually busy during morning and lunch hours sometimes struggle for a place to sit. Anyway.. Very good customer service, atmosphere and lovely quality drinks ☕️

We were met with a smile and greeted by the staff as soon as we entered. They were very industrious, clearing tables, wiping down tables and serving. The cafe was very clean and the atmosphere relaxed. The coffee was very good as were the raspberry and almond slices. One of the best Costa cafés I have been in. Well done.

Saturday lunchtime and Costa Kingsway, Derby was really busy. I only saw 3 staff members and they were brilliant. They worked so efficiently. But you can't please everyone and one woman came in and was asked if she wanted to drink in or take away. She answered in a very basty voice, 'Well I wanted to drink in but there's no seats' I wanted to punch her. She was just rude. It isn't the staff's fault there were no tables. The manager was so helpful to her. He really went over and above his duty to help her and find her a table. Well done to all the staff. Very impressive.

Busy small Costa in a large shopping complex with free parking. It is the only shop in the complex, that I found, with a toilet to use. Coffee and eats are nice and priced reasonably. The Baristas produced a really nice cup of Skinny Latte. Nice place to catch up with friends, they do not chase you out of the premises
