Great place for good food at cheap prices. New management has taken over and the food is superb. Would definitely recommend to anyone as there are a variety of dishes to choose from.

This place services some of the best mutton shish kebab and chicken tooak. I believe the mutton is brought in from London.

Under new management. Excellent food and service. Large portions with good prices. Many options available. A little middle eastern, as well as standard British/American fare and totally new Caribbean food as well.

#Special_mixed_platter Restaurant is partly owned by the chef himself.. so compromises on quality / taste !! Total around £37 including extra bread ... Definitely coming back 👍

It's not 5 star food. It very nice for what it is. Polite staff. The meat my not be overly plentiful but I did back away from a mega kebab. Tasty for the price. If you want all singing and dancing food and service go to a 5star restaurant. Great for a quick bit to eat

Delicious food at a good price. Genuinely impressed at the quality, and freshness of the dishes. They sell freshly cooked sheesh kebabs and flat breads. As well as other dish. Seating is available. I wish I had one nearby. 4 star for food. (Excellent food) 1 extra star due to pricing and customer service.

The food and service was very good. The portions were also quite generous. The best part for me was the lamb chops. The only thing keeping me from giving the 5th star is that they only accept cash payments. Other than that it was all good.

This was my frist trip there and i'll definitely be going again. I ordered the platter and the food was delicious. The meat was good quality though I think they could have done a better job with the rice. It was plain boiled rice but I think it'd taste better if they used a basmati rice, or cooked it with a bit more butter, mind you that is a matter of personal preference. Everything else was on point!

We found this place my husband and I by walking around. It's a nice restaurant which offers great food for a reasonable price. Also the food wasn't just yummy but healthy too. The staff are friendly and the service was quick. We will definitely be back once we are in Derby!
